Donate to PolioPlus by 30 June and earn recognition for your district or club
Districts that give 20 percent or more in District Designated Funds to PolioPlus will receive a special certificate each year they achieve this goal. To qualify for 2013-14, DDF contributions must be received by 30 June.
If your annual contribution continues at this rate through the eradication of polio, your district will also be recognized on a PolioPlus plaque to be displayed at Rotary International Headquarters in Evanston. Only districts that began allocating DDF during the 2013-14 Rotary year — and each year thereafter — qualify for this recognition.
