Burton declares Ravindran president-nominee
RI President Ron Burton officially declared K.R. “Ravi” Ravindran Rotary International’s president-nominee on 1 October. There were no challenging candidates.
The Nominating Committee for President of RI in 2015-16 selected Ravindran, a member of the Rotary Club of Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka, in August. He will be formally elected at the 2014 RI Convention in Sydney, Australia, and will become president on 1 July 2015.
